Rudolf Steiner: "When we look spiritually at man in his totality, as an entity consisting of body, soul, and spirit, we have the clear impression that his center of gravity lies in the heart. This center prevents him from plunging down or flying off, from being pushed to left or right, and holds him steady. If we retain the courage I mentioned, we reach a stage where we find ourselves firmly held and supported in the universe."
