Sleepers, Awake!

"Steiner had in part attributed the destruction of the Goetheanum to the failure of his followers and adherents to 'wake up.' In a conversation with Count Polzer-Hoditz the day after the fire, he said that this 'House of the Word,' as he had conceived it, 'can exist only if it finds its corresponding, living reflection in the heart, in world conscience — that means, if the human being doesn't just listen but is also willing and able to be responsible to the 'Word of the world.'"  — Michael Barton
