Inhale perceiving, exhale thinking
"As he [Rudolf Steiner] described in The Boundaries of Natural Science, we can separate the inhalation of our sense perceptions from the exhalation of our thinking.... The cognitive yoga practice consists in this, that we intensify perception and thinking to such an extent that we learn to breathe them in and out, inhale and exhale them ..." — Yeshayahu (Jesaiah) Ben-Aharon, Cognitive Yoga, p. 16
