Understand: that you stand on your feet.
Understand: that you work in the earthly realm.
Understand: that you act with human force.

Understand: that you live by the nearness of the Sun.
Understand: that your work in the solar system exhausts itself.
Understand: that your life within humanity exhausts itself.

Understand: that you sense what the elements can give to you.
Understand: that you want what the elements can place in you.
Understand: that you are an elemental spirit that has become human.

Understand: that you should determine yourself through your actions.
Understand: that you should free yourself through your thinking.
Understand: that you should divinize yourself through your meditation.
