Rudolf Steiner: "All the impulses of this spiritual science can pass over into artistic feeling, artistic activity and experience of the cosmos. Genuine enthusiasm and devotion are necessary, and they will grow within us if we lovingly rise to the spirit which has guided humankind from the cosmic beginning of evolution, which will not forsake us if we dedicate ourselves to it with upright hearts and if our labors are not a sentimental prayer, but one arising from the power flowing into our inner being from the world spirit. This spirit will lead us if we are filled with the inspiration of the knowledge that the work of our hands and souls can be guided by the power of the spirit in them."
